SUMMARY To be responsible, under limited supervision of the Director, Business Development and Strategic Planning, for miscellaneous administrative duties, including but not limited to answering phone, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, assisting the marketing and proposal departments with administrative support and making travel arrangements. Position requires initiative, accuracy, diplomacy, discretion, personal judgment, professional appearance and conduct.

| ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide for receptionist position.
- Assist with filing, copying, faxing, shredding.
- Assist in monitoring and ordering office supplies.
- Prepare materials for meetings.
- Answer phone - in a tone that is both pleasant and professional.
- Schedule meetings.
- Provide administrative support.
- Coordinate travel arrangements; prepare expense reports.
- Develop and maintain filing system, various reports, contracts and correspondence files. Ensure files are organized in an efficient manner and filing is kept up to date.
- Assist with special projects.
- Keep office area well organized and free of clutter.
- Follow through with clients and staff.
- Interact with staff and external professionals, conveying information, both verbally and in writing, in understandable and precise terms.
- Prioritize and perform multiple assigned tasks independently.
- Support proposal effort.
- Support marketing effort.
- Attention to detail; ability to work under pressure, independently with minimal supervision and prioritize workload is essential for day to day functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS Education and Experience A minimum of four(4) years clerical experience utilizing various types of computer software such as Microsoft Word (word processing), Excel (spreadsheets), and E-mail preferred. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficient organizational and information skills.
- Read and comprehend written material.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Understand and apply regulations, rules and instructions.
- Operate a personal computer to include all MS Office applications and standard office equipment.
